so yesterday 3 Kenyans were uber quick during the London Marathon.
i mean really, 2 hours and 5 minutes, 2 hours and 6 minutes.

i'm v. proud of my Chaser Amigos and their bold efforts.
a vague pang? er no. the idea of taking my trainers to Mrs L's for a trot round the locale is positively TERRIFYING! and i've got 2 weeks to prepare.
tomorrow should be an early trot day however, i need to go to marlow.
am about to check where it is. oh. not where i thought at all.
