Is it ethical to borrow someone's children for cool 'child in the snow' facebook profile pictures?

Probably not but my old school mate and I feel we have successfully identified a hole in the market.
There are tonnes of cute 'SNOW IN LONDON' pictures doing the rounds right now but the ones with tots are just edging ahead.
